Refund & Return Policy

At Homestead and Co, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items (including promotional or discounted items)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products (unless damaged or faulty)


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at homesteadandco@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time to process

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
